Suzette Pullinger is a registered trade marks attorney and a member of Dobson Mitchell Allport’s commercial team. She specialises in intellectual property law and privacy laws.
Suzette has broadened her experience by working with senior lawyers on local government and environment and planning law matters; in commercial law (including review of terms and conditions) and research and assistance with humanitarian visas.
Suzette is one of only a few registered trade mark attorneys in Tasmania. She worked for IP Australia as a trade mark examiner. This places her in a unique position to advise on national trade mark applications including specialist wine, plant and UGG trade mark applications.

She enjoys advising creative Tasmanian businesses on how best to protect and commercialise their intellectual property, including about confidentiality agreements before commercialising new ideas.
